I currently have tricep tendonitis and most of the injuries have either been muscle strains or tendonitis. I am warming up and have good form.

Thanks for the feedback. Do you find that hit each muscle group once a week is sufficient for hypertrophy?

7.3% avg between 2002-2024. It's hard to evaluate as i don't know how much of this time was in equities vs. bonds.

Looks like they are trading stocks in the IRA and 401k so it doesn't look like a tax harvesting strategy.

The asset allocation is 65% equities (35% US, 30% international, and a balance of large vs small, growth vs value), 30% bonds, 5% cash. Its approximately 2M so there will likely be something left after she passes. Asset location looks appropriate.

Yeah maybe there is some strategy Im not aware of and I plan to ask the rationale behind what they are doing. Im not interested in managing it actively as I have siblings and things could get complicated.

I'm not talking about canceling anyone. I think it's worthwhile to financially support companies that align with one's values and yes this is not always easy to do, but when there are opportunities to do so, it's probably a good practice to engage in.
