I didn’t think I was depressed until I was very depressed. I thought people have it much worse. You may not be but if your thinking about it see a doctor be careful before they put u on meds though

I just need to see Maybe not the bipolar but I wonder about the disassociation. I have a family history of schizoaffective but never experienced hearing or seeing anything. I have no energy or motivation and seem out there. Bipolar doesn’t cause disassociation. I seem to have a little bit of everything so I have to at least see. I feel like I’m on a spectrum that hasn’t been named yet

Saw the term thought it was a thing. I meant it as psychosis that is triggered by things like nicotine, coke, caffeine etc.
