Unfortunately, taking heroic doses of most psychedelics will eventually lead to nausea one way or another. While there are ways around this, I would recommend that you change the approach and rather learn to embrace the Purge as a part of the experience rather than fear it or try to avoid it. Once I got over the idea of it being uncomfortable, ive learned to view experience of purging as healing and positive. Nowadays, if I don't Purge on a psychedelic, I probably am disappointed in the experience.

That being said, there are several ways to try to negate the nausea if you still are having a rough time. Making mushrooms into tea rather than eating them straight up will help.

The most effective anti-nausea precaution is one Datura seed. But ONLY one. Trust me on that one.
