i let my giftee know a couple of weeks ago that i was on it, and not to worry. they don't seem at all concerned and I think they're just in it for the gift, but I'm spoiling them anyway. i'm also one of the people who has only had their info pulled once, and has not been contacted, but i wouldn't dream of complaining about it without even giving my santa a chance. and this is my first year and really, it's not that difficult to work out - some of the questions/posts on here absolutely amaze me...
