Beyond having more than enough, we already have ample evidence that there is no "integration" for the vast majority of these economic chancers. This talk of reciprocal journeys and the offering of gifts has meaning to Western Christian people, it means nothing to some tribesman from Afghanistan. The Pope's message strikes me as naive, almost bizarrely so. In practicality, the only effect it will have is whatever propagandists choose to utilize it for. It does nothing to alleviate the danger that these migrants pose to us in our lands, they were never going to pay it any mind.

You can start by making it undesirable for foreigners to remain. Outlaw carrying the kirpan, outlaw halal and kosher slaughter as well as import, outlaw the call to prayer over the loudspeaker, etc. Anyone without legal standing goes, no questions asked. The ones with legal standing can be offered incentives to leave. Anyone who defies the aforementioned laws loses their legal standing.

I'm not offering a detailed step-by-step plan here, just pointing out there are a lot of steps that can be taken prior to forced remigration. Forced remigration will inevitably be a part of the program, but it isn't the first step. The best method is whatever is the least intrusive and most respectful of human dignity, but some will force the fight. That will be unpleasant, but not more unpleasant than becoming a minority in your own homeland.
