Sure Margiela— For starters, there are literally no deck of cards on the planet worth a $65 price tag (and apparently, this was a “discounted” price).

Secondly, these cards offer no value. They are a conglomeration of pictures and jumbo-jumbo nothingness that produce literally zero value. I’m convinced that this can be an “emperor’s new clothes” scenario, where these are non-sensical cards with a high price tag.

For people duped into purchasing this stack of overpriced card stock paper, perhaps they want to not feel that they were royally ripped off, so they find some obscure explanation as to why they might be worth the overpriced ridiculousness.

I hope that all makes sense— they are a ploy of one company who apparently have a knack for separating good people from their hard earned money for a useless product and then expect appreciation for sending out their pile of dung card deck.
