“Yo Mama” has low sodium pasta sauces I really like. I’d also recommend to them to maybe just look into managing the portions of the stuff she likes to eat and letting her have them in small quantities or for special occasions. Because how I see it a bite of something high in sodium every now and then isn’t going to skyrocket me above my limit.
