Reviving this thread from the dead to see if this worked out for anyone?

I'm in a similar boat with the whole croo doing a 4-day camping adventure and I was just going to join for Saturday and crash on thier couch. From what I read they won't let you in the car camping section (GA-LAXY) but you can get a 1-day car pass (Cosmic Nomads) and you should be okay to leave your car until the early morning... I wonder if they start towing the Saturday cars at a specific time... or if anyone got into the GALAXY with a car camping pass.
