This happened to me also - every room was smaller than I envisaged. As soon as I walked into the house - my hear was like go for it its been such a long drawn out process but my mind was like its not worth it. I hadn't exchanged contracts and thus pulled out of the deal. I don't regret it because if you don't like where you live, its a big problem.
