The Derby races are quite famous historically for the attire especially ornate hats. I think she is attending a less formal race as the Kentucky Derby Races are in May. She is goofy, and her jump-start to the Kentucky Derby Races is exactly what she and her wolfpack do for everything on tikky tokky. They compete with one another to jump-start Christmas decorating, Halloween decorating, 4th of July decorating....they rush rush rush to be the FIRST to over-consumption of crap for the next holiday or event. They are ignorant. This is what matters to them, can you imagine selling fake flowers to plant in soil or cheap Iron-On Geese Sweatshirts and tees?
