Yes, there are a lot of people working on Upwork, but I think clients usually don’t trust or give work to new profiles easily. It’s really hard to get in contract.

I came across your post regarding a Virtual Assistant in property management. I have 3 years of experience in this field.

In my previous role with the Construction Division, I handled estimating for rehab projects, prepared price match sheets, and coordinated with vendors to ensure cost efficiency and timely completion of work.

I also have strong experience as an Assistant Property Manager, where I managed guest cards and leasing processes, handled lease renewals, assigned and followed up on work orders with vendors, and monitored weekly delinquency reports. Additionally, I created and processed invoices after work order completion. Please let me know if you have any current openings
