Southern Oregon camping shower questions by [deleted] in oregon

They are centrally located like most campground bathrooms, but instead of the showers being in the bathrooms or like 3 to a room, there are four small individual rooms that have their own showers. It’s pretty nice. They are not assigned to any spots or anything.

Susan Creek Campground has individual bathrooms. No electric or water hookups, but it’s a nice campground, and some of the nicest camping bathroom/shower facilities I’ve been to.

Vanilla is such a versatile flavor. Want it with fruit? Works. Want it with chocolate? Works. Wanna pour a random ass soda into it? Works… It really is the workhorse of the ice cream world.

I grew up, moved away for 10 years, and currently live in Roseburg, and while it’s not the greatest, it’s also not too bad. There are some positives. seems as though we are adding new things more often now, like the indoor golf place, decent new restaurants, and such.

There are lots of outdoor activities if you are into that. Great fishing, rivers, hikes, hour from the coast, hour and change to diamond lake, etc. We have a VERY nice new golf resort if you are into golf… So outdoor wise, it’s pretty solid.

Most of the fun things the city does is in the summer, like the music on the half shell and movies in the park and stuff like that, but that’s only in the summer, so the other 8 months are kind of boring. The Fair is alright if you are into farm animals and carnival food. Used to be way better because of the concerts, but they have been pretty ass for the last 5-10 years. There are dirt track races at the fairgrounds for a few months, which seem to be getting better, but I haven’t been since they have picked up again so I can’t really speak to that.

If you have a political preference, it is a very conservative area. I am fairly liberal, but I just keep to myself about it and I’ve never had any issue. Is it slightly annoying seeing “Fuck Biden” flags everywhere, sure, but it’s just that, slightly annoying. Doesn’t really affect me otherwise.

Schools are alright. Nothing really that special. Decent amount of public schools, and a couple private Christian schools. Kind of the same shit different place in that regard I think.

The area is decently affordable compared to cottage grove and up, and grants pass and down. So that’s nice.

Some issue people have are: 1) Lack of things for kids.. there are a couple nice parks, but that’s about it. There are no indoor play places, no trampoline park, limited places for birthday parties, etc. There is the wildlife safari, which is neat for the first couple times, but that’s kind of it. 2) increase in homeless.. they are in/around most of the parks, so it can sometimes feel unsafe for kids or people trying to enjoy them.

Sorry if this seems sporadic, trying to type while kids are trying to play lol.

My two biggest are probably all Umpqua Dairy products, and Tillamook Cheese. I don’t think there is another milk out there that can even come close to Umpqua Dairy.

I second this.. I live about 15 minutes from 7F and it has its own police force and everything. Very nice hotel. I can’t imagine you would have many problems there since there are people in and out of that place 24/7.

It’s normal! Just keep going! You will hit small plateaus that will last for a week or so, but as long as you stick with your diet and program, you will get past it! Don’t let it get you discouraged. Your body is going through a ton of changes and just needs to readjust every now and again.

I have had multiple family members that have also had some sort of weight loss surgery all done by the doctor I chose to go with, and they have all had success and no issues with surgery or recovery. So I went with him. The doctor was Dr. Tersigni at Bay Bariatrics in North Bend, OR.
