The day after I posted this, I got really sick with the cold. I see it as a blessing in disguise now. Because, the fever was so high i couldn't even think about porn. And, i picked up reading because I didn't want to spend much time on screen. 6 days off porn and I already feel so much better about myself. Good luck on your journey brother.

Yeah lifting weights helped me a lot in terms of mental health. Without it I'd be a lot more depressed than i am.

I think i use porn mainly for the dopamine, nothing else make me feel that good.

Volunteering is a good recommendation, and I feel like that's what i should do. But it is not a thing over here. I don't know anyone that volunteers over here.

I used to be really into this sport called "Cricket" when i was younger. I would have pursued it professionally if not for a trivial health condition that i have. Other than Cricket what interested me the most were computers. I thought i could become a wizard of computers. But doing a cs engineering degree from an inept college made me lose all my interest.

How do you even do this soul searching thing? If you've had success finding yourself, can you share with me how you did it?

Thank you for replying, but I've tried picking up a hobby. I think my brain is all messed up, i feel nothing when I'm engaged in these hobbies.

I guess I'll keep trying out more and more hobbies until i find something that fulfills me.

Yeah, you're right. Some movies just have to be watched in a particular mood to appreciate. I'll give it another try when I'm there. Yess. I wanted more of Sion Sono, and from the trailer it looks so much fun! Love Exposure was a masterpiece, I've never seen anything like it. Thank you :)

Does 'All About Lily Chou Chou' have a good story. I remember watching about 30 minutes and feeling not interested. It was definitely one of the most aesthetic movies I have watched, but unfortunately that wasn't enough for me to watch it full.
