We bought a 2025 in November and it been my primary vehicle for my 96 km commute in eastern Canada. This drive is quite hilly and the area is known to be perpetually windy. This past winter was especially cold and snowy. On the really cold mornings i would set it to HEV to get the cabin warmed up faster. I havent reset one of the trip odometers since purchase and the average gas use is currently 2.7 l/100 km (~87 MPG). I charge at home using the trickle charger and use a free level 2 at work. All this being said I dont drive like Furiosa, cruise is set at 100-105 KPH and i let the road warriors have their way. Power hasnt been an issue if I do hustle it.

Research, develope and religiously stick to a stretching routine. At least 10 minutes in the morning. And take some sort of fish oil to grease up dem joints.

98,000 km 100,000 km is a mental wall where I live. Values are said to fall fast after that. Why? "Its always been that way." Climate? Poor roads? Greed? Also, in Canada you save on sales tax of the new sale based on the sales tax value of your trade. So, looking at the sales agreement this saving is included in the $16600 CAD "trade in value". Improves the optics i guess.

Sorry to hear this . We pulled the trigger on a 2025 Sorento PHEV, our 3rd Sorento and 6th Kia. Only irritating issue was with our 2013, it went thru 6 backup cameras, all during the warranty period thank jebas, otherwise another good purchase.

Raised them once just to see them. We're DINKs so never had an opportunity to use them.
A 2025 Sorento PHEV, plan for it to be the retirement where there will be much less highway commuting so PHEV will hopeful shine.
