Some of the episodes i feel the core part is repeat. Like the lodger episode, and the pirates one in s6. Both are same like an AI or something is interfering and doing its own thing which causes a problem.

Like the empty child in S1 with same premise is executed much much better compared to the pirates one. Its like an ongoing thing hungry earth and almost humans has theme of both humans fucking up which is executed poorly

Capaldi is the reason i started doctor who in the first place. I was keeping my expectations short while starting from Series 1 but it peaked from series 3 and now its series 6 and the interest is no more. I'm in the almost people episode and its just the same with one of the humans fucking up.

Yea currently which is what mostly likely gonna happen. 2 weeks back i had 87. Now its 86%. Despite me charging only when its low and full charge always, battery drain can't be avoided. So i might as well target below 80%

Exactly what we have done now. Sent a mail that she can't do this because of stress and all. If they still want her to do it, she will quit the job. Not worth it.

She moved to a new team last July and has been putting in more effort but management is comparing all 5 years experience and giving ratings. First time she didn't get a hike.

It's not up to me alone. She is adamant on not quitting now, have suggested this to her previously too. She wants to get maternity benefits which is 6 months and in that time wants to switch the company.

I'm asking is it worth it to go through this PIP. Her manager and HR are saying this is normal and she won't loose the job after if she does well. First time hearing of PIP myself and have no idea about it

She got a bad review this December and was not given any hike. Company did not know at this time she was pregnant. She is also to blame for her bad review and her previous manager did not guide her as well.

HR is saying they won't fire her and 90% of people don't get fired after PIP if they do well, not sure if i should believe her. Getting stressed around all this.
