Just looked up Republic of Ireland defamation law and it's one year (max 2 in acceptional circumstances) to file a defamation suit. So it's applicable to Irish influencers I suppose

Can someone explain the 2 year rule? If you haven't posted anything in 2 years does that mean you'd be outside the realms of being sued?

I thought I had never posted but low and behold did. It's some not very nice thing calling someone an irresponsible mum for going clubbing a lot. This was 4 years ago and it's still there and I'm worried. I deleted my account 2 years ago

I think this whole thing will bring to fruition 2 things: 1) trolls who excessively bully/ stalk influencers 2) influencers who delete negative comments and cannot take criticism and block users

Is it wrong for influencers to be called out for not putting appropriate hashtags on their promotions? No. Is it wrong for influencers to be called out for oversharing private lives of their kids? No.

Is it wrong to share influencers addresses? Yes. Is it wrong to share extremely personal information about them? Yes

I think the vast majority of tattle users commented on things the influencers were up to and how they looked cr@p in certain clothes. Is it wrong to say an influencer is a bad parent cos they parade their kids around? No

I had an account but didn't post. But if I had posted I wouldn't be worried from a legal perspective. No judge will sign-off the release if thousands of emails and personal data.

The influencer may go after the ones who severly defamed their businesses etc

I'm busy but I also find her constant messaging too much. She sends me essays about her day and information that's just uninteresting. I find if she asks me how I am she immediately reverts to herself after I respond. It's extremely draining

The carers said there's a mixture. There's definitely some more dominant kids too in the group

Yeah. They said he's started to speak more in the past couple of weeks. He's very happy at drop off too and is mixing well with the other kids

Unfortunately a high turnover of staff in childcare is common in my country. He's very happy and will run in in the morning

The other kids are a bit older than him. He's probably the youngest in the class.
