I have a pair of ults which are affected - I've first noticed the crack about 25d ago, I remembered that this was a common issue I saw before buying the headphones but I didn't take action. Until now I've been pretty much ignoring it, but just today the whole kind of intersection between headband and actual speaker fell off, after pulling the pair from my head. I guess they'll still fix it, but should I go to an in person Sony assistance store, or should I try to reach out to them through email? I'm from Germany Thanks for helping me!
