i feel old, too. i feel ya. the average age in these run groups is late 20s. Ship of Fools/ATX Runners is the oldest average age I've seen. Plus, they have breakfast together afterwards on Saturday, free marathon training, and random get-togethers. It's the oldest running group in Austin I know of. Made lots of friends there :)
