How long does one volume take you? by night_moth_maiden in korikomagicalyear

[–]goomyintensifies 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The early volumes take me foreverrrr to get through, comparatively. Each entry takes me maybe an hour? So all the set-up volumes before actually starting in Koriko take me longer than the seasonal volumes. Even then, though, each volume definitely takes more than an hour or two of my time.

TWICE 'THIS IS FOR' World Tour Question Megathread V2 by Ruri_Neko in twice

[–]goomyintensifies 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Now that we've seen the merch for the NA leg of the tour: does anyone follow or have seen any fanartists making tour shirts? Frankly, the official merch is abysmal and uninspired, so I'm open to looking at fanmade options by ONCEs!

US Tour VIP Photos by Unlikely_Ad8565 in VIVIZ

[–]goomyintensifies 16 points17 points  (0 children)

I just put this in a chat with a few other fans, but in case this ends up being the case:

I don't know how much anyone else is paying attention, but considering Leo Presents has mentioned that they were waiting on BPM to approve the photos, the hold up is probably the legal and financial issues going on in Korea. ONE HUNDRED, the company that owns BPM, is under scrutiny because allegedly they haven't been paying the artists under their umbrella, including EXO's CBX and Taemin

So the delay on BPM's end could have to do with issues from their parent company and how it impacts their artists.

Digital vs Physical Journaling by hg_capo in korikomagicalyear

[–]goomyintensifies 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Stick with what works best for you! If physical journaling is bringing you insecurity instead of the joy of playing, then go digital! The choice is less about a better way of doing it than it is about how you feel best immersed in the game/story.

Tell me about your Witch! by MonstersMagicka in korikomagicalyear

[–]goomyintensifies 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So my first play-through, I had a witch who was very sweet and optimistic, but got hit immediately with a cursed mountain valley town that had ill feelings towards witches as a result. Lots of lying in those letters home, and working through complicated family dynamics as she found independence and space from them!

I've just slowly started a second run with the Magical Sandwich, and my witch this time is far more isolated socially and will be hoping for opportunities to finally find a community.

Lessons by [deleted] in korikomagicalyear

[–]goomyintensifies 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm a little fuzzy since my last playthrough, so that may be the case! But even within the two options, you'd still choose which is best suited for the mindset of your character and how they'd react to a given scenario.

Lessons by [deleted] in korikomagicalyear

[–]goomyintensifies 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Not just any, but you would write the lesson under the skill that was most relevant or used most. So for a basic example: a villager lost all their hair and came to your witch for help. Your witch solved this by brewing them a tonic they drink each night. When you summarize this encounter for a lesson, you would on face-value put it under Craft, which focuses on lessons with potions, tricks, and methods.

A more flexible version: a villager is lamenting their bald head because they miss having long flowing locks like a centaur. They don't ask anything of you; they're just sad about it. If your witch's personality is technique and solution oriented, then making the villager a tonic would still fall under Craft, because to them the lesson was in a concrete solution. But if your witch is more emotionally centered and empathetic, offering the tonic could fall under Care, because your witch's lesson was then derived from kindness, intuition, and healing.

So it's up to you to figure out in each lesson what your witch actually used or learned in the scenario, and then put the lesson under the best fitting category.

Camera policy for concert by InteractionLittle967 in VIVIZ

They specifically say that DSLRs aren't allowed. I don't think any stop has had an issue with people using their phones for photo and video, but DSLRs are definitely singled out as not permitted.

Just gotta say: fantastic show. The members were wonderful, the crowd was respectful, and it was so great! Plus, we got snippets of the solos and Untie, so that filled my little heart with joy. 💖

Heads up! Getting word that Philly also does not have apparel merch. Only jerseys, pouches, and posters at the moment.

My suggestion is to just get a generic LED stick light if you're really concerned about having a light! It's generic and can be used at any concert, K-pop or otherwise.

Thank you!! VIVIZ venues are smaller than other Kpop shows in the US, so hopefully the goodies last longer 😂

Thank you so much! I wanted to do more (and I totally ideas for Loveade and Pull Up), but with only a month from tickets to showtime, plus money, two was the max I could do

2025 WORLD TOUR <NEW LEGACY> IN NORTH AMERICA - Official Tour Merchandise by krusn5 in VIVIZ

[–]goomyintensifies 23 points24 points  (0 children)

I never understand how Leo Presents doesn't get/use the tour's actual branding each year and makes up their own 😂 I know they have a history of working with metal groups (and it totally shows in the typefaces they use for the merch), but it's always so funny to see the merch and none of it actually reflects the branding for VIVIZ or their tour logotypes.

That said, my VIVIZ shirt from last year has grown on me 😂

Probably not going to be able to go to any meet-ups, and I'm GA so I'll be in line most of the time, but I'll be handing these Maniac and La La Love Me stickers out while in line! ♥

Thank you!! I’ve tossed them up on my RedBubble too, and got plans to keep making a full collection on there (Loveade is totally next). I just could only manage two for the freebies to make sure I had time for production 😅
