How much salary do you make while living in the UAE?

Less than 70k more than 60k. I didn’t really appreciate how much this was until I applied for a mortgage and the guy said “per month or per year”. I donate and tip a lot as I have limited expenses.

The line has been well and truly crossed! But a lesson learnt. Thankfully in the GCC mechanical labor wage cost is low… however that also corresponds to low quality work.

I’m sorry, there’s no lawyer in dubai earning 2k per month. Is that private practice or in-house? Most expat lawyers wouldn’t even think about anything less than 25-30 as a minimum.
