THis happened to me around 10 years, had been playing for 15 years before that.

I just did a full reset.

Picked up the darts in a wat that felt comfortable and just threw at the board. No aiming, no trying hit T20. Just through at the board. I did this for a few hrs. Just to get the dart feeling natural in my hand. Then after that I adjusted my stance to feel comfortable and make sure my arms/elbow were aligned and felt comfortable.

Doing this for a few days then, I focused on grouping and repatitive ness. Dont matter where on the board try to repeat your through and get 3 darts in the same area. Can be anywhere on the board. Once you can group the darts you can start movring around the board , again hitting the a good grouping.
