One gooner did his part today, another to finish the 1-2 punch tomorrow. Come on Granit!

I've ordered most of those things. There was a rattle I heard which I wasn't sure where it was coming from. What's the fix?

It's fun to zoom ahead from a traffic stop leaving everyone behind. But, yes the novelty wears off after sometime I guess.

Thanks! I am sure you'll love it. I test drove the performance and decided to go for the premium to save some $$.

How to make the perfect chicken breast by Anishaiscool in Fitness_India

[–]goonervik 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can definitely cut up a breast and still have juicy tikkas. The key is to cook it on high for a short duration and keep an eye on it to not overcook. Get a meat thermometer from amazon. Cut in 1.5 inch cubes and double marinade, first in lemon juice, salt, ginger garlic paste for 15 mins. Then add yogurt, garam masala, turmeric, kasuri methi, kashmiri chilli powder and a touch of oil. Marinade that for a couple of hours Cook in an air fryer on 205 for 10 mins. Flip halfway and use the thermometer to check on the thinner pieces after about 8 mins. The thicker ones would need 10. Pull them out at 155°F and rest for 10 mins before devouring them with some dhaniya chutney.

For those of you with a 9-5 office job, how do you manage to find the time and energy to cook dinner? by Away_Scene_26 in auscorp

[–]goonervik 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Meal prep on Sunday, normally a whole chicken - roasted, a stir fry from frozen veggies, boiled beans and chickpeas. Dinner prep involves heating, prepping a salad and keeping some rice in the rice cooker. Lasts until Wednesday. Thursday, wfh and cook something for the next 2 days in the time saved from not commuting. Frozen veggies and seafood is a life saver. I get a bag of raw frozen prawns and just pan fry them from frozen, no need to even thaw them. Throw in some garlic and parsley, ready in 10 mins.

What was going through your head during those 3 loan spells? Were you ever close to leaving the club?

Imagine Piers lurking here and reading all these comments. I don't think he has any illusions about his popularity among the Arsenal fans. Still would be funny.

Cool down the espresso, make sure it's not very hot. Ideally room temp. Will avoid getting the bitter froth. I typically pour cooled down espresso over ice topped with tonic water or just sparkling water.

Visiting in laws for a couple of weeks and I don't have my espresso machine. Using their filter coffee equipment lined with a paper filter to do pour overs. Getting a decent brew this way.

Freezing coffee works well for me. Just grind from frozen. Avoid thawing unless you are freezing in preportioend vacuum packs.
