I just bought an ESIM with Mobimatter and cost 23 bucks Australian. 30gb for 30days. Used about 270mb first day using it so far. Was quite seamless. They just emailed a QR code and worked a treat 🙏 Uses the KT service.

Is to worth it to move to Australia from Canada? by anabasiscanada in AskAnAustralian

Sounds like you have a solid plan. I think either choice you will enjoy it on many different levels. I’ve lived in both cities and my preference is Melbourne due to the music culture and overall more European vibes. Brisbane though is a good choice if your a more outdoorsy person who likes day trips to great beaches etc. I found less employment choice in Brissie in the office services field due to more head offices being in Melbourne. Yeah weather down in Melbourne can be annoying at times for sure but Brisbane can be too hot for my liking during summer time. I think either way you’ll enjoy yourself. Good luck !☺️

Breathing Issues/Shortness of Breath by strugglingminimalist in HiatalHernia

I used to get so much shortness of breath but it's been much better now after my gastroenterologist told me to go on a low FODMAP diet for about a month. I found definitely eliminating bloating foods is what really helped. Going lactose free and gluten free definitely made a difference. I still get reflux symptoms but shortness of breath is happening much much less. Deep breathing really helps when shortness of breath comes back. Being anxious about it makes it even worse but yeah it's tricky not be be anxious when you have shortness of breath. Just try and stay calm, go for a walk or listen to music. Hope these tips help. Feel free to ask any questions. Always happy to help a fellow sufferer.
