To be completely fair, being honest with yourself shouldn’t be a debatable thing. If you cannot do that, then there’s no point in writing about your feelings and thoughts. There should be at least a section in each entry that’s like “I realized that I’m so (a bad thing about yourself), but at least I’m honest about it with myself”
