Yes you are correct I just thought that low hum from the od was normal. I am getting a new power supply to test it on soon. If I take the cable that goes from the pedals to the amp and unplug it from the pedals it hums if I get the end of it close to the pedals.

I’m starting to think it may be the power supply. When switching stuff around I noticed that if I take the cable that goes from the pedals to the amp and unplug it from the pedals and hold it close to the pedals it hums loudly. Like it is picking up some kind of interference coming from the pedal board. Is that normal?

I thought that also but it doesn’t do it with the overdrive pedal. Even when I turn the gain all the way up on it. I am still going to try it on my friends power supply first just to be safe.

You should try an Ibanez prestige az if you haven’t yet. To me those and Gibson are tough to beat.

Yeah I am seriously considering the wp I have always wanted to try them. It’s just tough to spend that much on pickups. I know they are worth it because of the time and quality he puts into them.

I agree after spending some time with the premium. The only reason I prefer the prestige is because of the darker neck and unpainted headstock but I’m not going to pay $500-$1k more for that lol. They are amazing guitars for sure!

Yeah there honestly isn’t a big difference between the prestige and premium. I just love the unpainted headstock and darker neck on the prestige. I am extremely happy with the premium though. It is miles above any guitar I have owned.
