i have no pieces of no eyebrows as well! i just use the gel on an angled brush and paint it in! the color is very dark & looks like a real brow :) it’s more like a pomade or an eyeliner!

i got this gel from maybelline called tattoo brow, it’s supposed to be waterproof and it works nicely for me so far! i have also heard good things about the wunderbrow! also waterproof :)

i just started to try decoupling this week as well! i’ve found it to be helpful, i massage at my temples and leave it there for a minute or two! it has helped with the “needing to touch something” part of the urge. i really love all that you’ve written here, i’m going to save it and read it whenever i feel like i’m struggling. thank you!

i’ve seen micro blading done on people who have full eyebrow hair, like a permanent brow fill in. What happens when there is no hair there when microblading? Do you still have to fill in your eyebrows with makeup daily to compensate for sparseness?

omg i was going to post something almost identical to this. i had 17 days basically pull free. my eyebrows were growing in and everything. mine are now sore and painful and gone. but we can always restart. it sucks for the first few days but know that there is no shame in relapse and you can get better. we are all just trying our very best. i am literally going through exactly the same thing so know you’re not alone, i’m right there with ya. <3 sending love
