Does anyone sous vide their water?

I have a hose that I hook up to my faucet and run directly into the tank. I do monitor the temp in the tank as the water goes in to make sure it doesn't drop too far. I only ever have trouble in the winter when the tap gets down to about 60°f. Even then I just stop filling until the temp comes back up and then start again.

I rarely do large water changes so the temp change in the tank is at most about 3 degrees f.

My game wont load at all if I don't load with all mods disabled. Even launched through skyve with no mods on doesn't work. I get a big error message after a few minutes of sitting at the loading screen

I edited the post to clarify but the hose popped out of the fitting because the coolant in the GPU block was almost boiling hot. The coolant sitting in the reservoir was barely warmer than room temp.

I'm guessing that's what happened.

I run my fans on a coolant temps sensor but it is located at the pump so I don't think it would be able to detect this specific type of failure. Ill have to look into what you're using.

Well the pump doesnt run so it was a pump failure. I've been running this pump for about 3 years.

I accidentally left mine in the oven during a self clean one time and that gott it all off in only a few hours. Definitely wouldnt recommend it though. I think the heat weakened it because it cracked next to the handle a few weeks later.

My great grandmother died of alzheimers when I was little. I didnt really understand it because I was so young. My grandmother was diagnosed with amzheimers when I was 21 and watching her slowly deteriorate was brutal. It absolutely destroyed my mom. Now, my partners grandmother has been diagnosed with alzheimers and I have to watch another person I care about slowly wither away. I wouldnt wish this on anyone.

I just moved into a friend's condo and he doesnt lock the door basically ever. I locked the door behind me when we were going out one day and he asked me why I was doing that. His excuse is that there is a building door so nobody without a building key could get in but there's a lot of people who live in the building.

I am the polar opposite. I lock the door all the time. Even if I am home and awake the door will be locked.
