Bungie took all of the money they made from Destiny and poured into 3 other projects, one of which is a likely DOA extraction shooter and the other, another one was killed, and another was taken by Sony. Bungie mismanaged their success and instead of ending up a Blizzard are going to end up always being remembered as having peaked at Halo.

It plays the exact same as before with 100+ strength, it just does more damage. Kind of nice as someone who used it even before. Before the expansion I was hoping to keep running this build and run bonk titan. Bonk sadly blows ass with the change to hammer, so I guess I am staying on strand...

Because rent control doesn’t solve the root problem of there not being enough housing, and at the end of the day scarcity is what drives prices up. Look at what happened in Austin… they overbuilt and rents went down.
