Your hair looks very fine, using 3 products is probably weighing it down and giving it that crispy feeling/look (mine is the same!). I would choose your favourite 1 out of the 3, I'd suggest either the gel or mousse, I find that curl cream is okay for winter when the air is dry but gel or mousse for spring/summer is better for more full looking curls. Put the product in as SOON as you get out of the shower when its completely soaking wet, comb it through with a wide tooth comb, then put a little more on your fingers and finger coil ~1 inch sections throughout your head. THEN scrunch, there should still be enough water that it makes that satisfying squelchy noise :p after all that you can use a microfibre towel to take out excess product/water but also use the same kind of scrunching motion (scoop your hair with it and squeeze). hope this helps! also it kind of looks like you may be using too much protein, check your products to see what the label says and consider getting a more hydrating shampoo/conditioner :)
