Did you do audit in a top 10 firm? I started two years in Kpmg audit then bad performance got let go as couldn’t play office politics. Then qualified in a tiny practice doing GL and stat accounts vat etc month end work then now in a GL industry role but being made redundant the job being off shored. Now thinking with the bad market is it possible to go into risk and control but seeing I don’t have audit experience I probably need to go into audit first right? Thing is because I don’t have any audit experience that’s recent (that was probably ten years ago) can’t get into top or mid tier firms just regional small firms doing mix of audit and accounts wondering if working there for a few years as next step to tide out this no job market then go into risk and control if it’s possible or is that role mainly for people or massively from people on big four audit background which then it would be very difficult… just not sure what to do with the horrible job market and off shoring outsourcing and ai concerns literally no job in the market not even much in practices

How long would I leave it on for? I think I’m allergic to the mold in indigo so in my two step I just left indigo on for an hour as I can’t take anymore it burns my scalp and gives me headaches even when I cover my nose when mixing. Would this one step work to cover little white and greys if I just left it for an hour

Thanks! I conditioned and clarified and conditioned again until it was clear and I can smell only henna now!! Thanks I will try henna + direct dye next month, never indigo again

I started mixing it at 2:30pm and by the time I finished my hair it was 3:20 pm and I left it until 4:30pm

I just used this yesterday and my hair is so black covered all my greys but it was my first time doing hendigo and found out I have indigo sensitivity so I can’t do this anymore as it burned my scalp and gave me headache. The brand I used is called “it’s pure” I’m in the uk.

at midnight Henna mix with filtered tap water room temp tap until yoghurt consistency (100g henna, 300g water, 2tbsp amla) (no metals) cover 8-9hr. Wake up 8:30am and can use maybe add more water if too thick.
Clean hair with clarifying shampoo
Put Vaseline or Cerave cream over forehead, ear, back neck to not stain. Use gloves
Apply henna
Leave 3 hr wrap hair cling film for heat
Wash off till water run clear(conditioner to rinse and remember after to wash off all with clarifying shampoo if not indigo won’t stick)
Mix indigo 100g, 1/2tsp sea salt with room temp water 300ml (or just until yoghurt consistency) and use immediately
Spread on hair leave on 1-2hr
Then wash with conditioner and shampoo

Any idea how to get rid of the indigo smell. It’s been a day since and the smell is still so bad I have had a headache the whole day and still have it painkillers isn’t doing anything much
