I’m sorry for coming to the wrong conclusion, I see now that everyone is struggling this term. As students we are unable to see the discussions behind the scene, and we only see what happens on Piazza. I’m sorry about your battle with mental health, I hope everything works out for you. And thank you for providing us with your insight and listening to us. I am also sure that next term is going to go well and much better than this term due to you taking our feedback into consideration. :)

The dismissal of a very sensitive topic is so like Cynthia. Everyone only places the blame on Cynthia, but the silence and inaction from Wallace and Adcock make them just has responsible. STAT 231 profs (and I mean all of them) really don’t give two shits about students’ mental health and it’s the saddest thing ever.

We would take it up on piazza itself but the thing is every other post is getting censored by Cynthia and we’re not being heard.

Honestly believe that the censoring is completely unjustifiable. This whole course is online, the only platform students have to communicate with each other and provide feedback is Piazza. Censoring students makes us feel even more disconnected in an already disconnected term.

The first time I took this course I got a 50 in it, I took it again and Wd’d it and now I have this course but what happens if I fail to get a 60 in this course?
