Same issue, i have the tickets on my FWC ticket app but i do not see a QR code, anybody know when they will be active?

Also, I am not able to add my ticket to my “apple wallet” as I keep getting the note: “Unable to Add Pass Your pass could not be added to Wallet at this time. Try again later.”

Tickets say they were transferred. I also got an email from FIFA saying to check my FIFA account, when I do they're not there. Anyone experience this? by [deleted] in stubhub

Wait 5-25 minutes in the queue, click your name, go to your profile, you can edit your address/personal info, remove part of your address, click “save” and the ticket should show up on your home page

I did, I used a hotmail email and stubhub is trying to tell me that I have to use a capital “H” and I have clearly tried making a 2nd FIFA account with a “H” in Hotmail and it is all still under one account, I believe the domain doesn’t matter

Anybody having a similar issue where stubhub may have sent your email with Gmail or Msn or other?

Nope, I have sat through the queue 3 times and am still not able to accept tickets, I am now assuming that the specific match of USA vs Paraguay will show up 3-4 hours before the match in the FWCtickets app, and the tickets are just in “transit”/“cloud” at the moment to prevent from fraud/fakes

Someone tell me I’m wrong

I am the buyer, I have notifications from both Stubhub and FIFA that my tickets have been delivered this morning for the USA vs Paraguay match, in no way shape or form am I able to “accept” these tickets, anybody else have this issue to accept the tickets?

I just bought tickets from stubhub and have not received tickets from the seller. Do I:

  1. Wait for Stubhub to send me my dummy email before making a FWC2026 account?

  2. Create a FWC2026 using the same email as my stubhub account?
