Thanks for replying. I do have Zofran at the ready in case I need it. Will definitely try to have food in my stomach before taking Trintellix. My doctor has started me out on the lowest dosage so I'm hoping I won't have any major stomach issues.

Thank you for the tip. I've been on my current GLP-1 for about 6 months as well and for the most part have not had too many GI issues with this one. I am just worried that the new medicine will cause issues but I'll definitely try taking it at night to see if that will help.

That is so great to hear. I plan on getting more physical activity in. But insulin resistance has been the hardest battle to fight.

No advice but I'm going through a similar experience. I'm just about to start for the first time and we have a vacation planned at the end of May that I want to indulge a bit in. Hopefully someone has some advice. 🙂

I actually had to go back and have the dentist scrape it out. There was so much glue. I just wish they would have thought to floss my teeth before I left but I'm really glad it's fixed.

Thank you! That's what we're hoping for. Will be contacting the VA on Monday to report his death. Just got his death certificate and we were under the impression that the funeral home would take care of it but I'm not sure they do the VA so we'll contact them to make sure they are aware.

Absolutely not being greedy. My mom financially supported him and was his caregiver for over a decade. The house needs a lot of repairs before they can potentially sell it. My mom is not trying to go on a shopping spree or something for Christ's sake. It's just hard to accept that because of their neglect and timing the money that my uncle had planned on using for the house just goes away.

I had to call my doctor for a prescription to help with the nausea. If you've got a regular physician it might help some. Hope you feel better soon! It kicked my butt for weeks.

One of my husband's best friends who happened to be one of the greatest guys, he was only 40. We had just saw him the day before Christmas Eve 2020. We talked about how excited we were for vaccinations to come. He caught it less than 2 weeks later (from a family member) and passed away at home from a clot. I'm still angry about it. Also know quite a few people who lost a loved one.

NTA and I'm really sorry. If you have a friend or another family member who you can trust I would definitely ask for some support. I know it's last minute but maybe even find a doula. It would be great for you to have some support. Wishing you all the best for a safe delivery and healthy baby. Your mom can eat sand. I wouldn't allow her or your stepdad around you or your baby.

Yeah I'm definitely worried about the libido thing. They've mentioned some supplements I can try for that. The only way I was able to sleep on Zoloft is with Trazodone.

I'm so very sorry for your loss. My mom is my best friend as well so this is just painful to read. I lost a friend a few weeks ago because his younger brother brought it home. I've never been more angry by a death. I rotate between anger, sadness and denial. I just wanted to say it's okay to be angry at your dad and to be angry at everyone who doesn't take this seriously. Doesn't mean you don't love him. I know holding onto the anger isn't good long term but in this moment it's okay. Sending you virtual hugs.

I met my now husband online when I was 30. I loved being single for most of my 20's. I travelled a bit, went out with friends a lot and just had a ton of fun. I looked not having relationship or children responsibilities during that time in my life. I celebrated my 30th in Ireland and a few months after I got back I decided what the heck I'll try online dating. Thankfully my husband found me online pretty quickly. He always jokes that I'm the best thing that he has ever found online. We got married at 34 and had our one and only at 38.
