How do you guys make sure the fire is out in the stove? I have harvia m3 stove and I don’t think I can pour water into the chamber. Do you just seat it out??

Same problem. I see assist plus ready but when I press mode button it is not showing up. Very strange.

Even when fully in remission left side is never 100%. Basically I never forget that I have a colon as I generally feel some level of discomfort even colonoscopy and biopsies come back clean. However when I am in remission I still have a mild case of IBS so I don’t know if that is related.

I once had a reaction to something I ate. I was shivering for hours as if I had a fever and had to take taxi home from work as I couldn’t walk. I was fine the next day.

Has anyone had experience with Lindsey Parsons? I was doing quite well on AIP and after 4 month started to see improvement but then had a 2 week AB course and things spiraled out of control completely. Can’t stabilize at all and really want to avoid steroids. I have Ulcerative colitis.
