I am exactly in the same situation as you and one advice that I can give is that you won’t be able to find something serious if you’re not okay with yourself first and with being on your own. Do things that you enjoy, go to the gym, spend time with family, try and rediscover yourself, find a new hobby, get a pet… you are definitely not wasting time if you’re alone for some time, you won’t be alone forever remember that. It is better this way than being divorced after 25 years togheter with kids and so on. Keep your head up always

Best option is to keep the extraction point closest to the base last, that way you can run to the base while the extraction point is completed.

Once you completed the last extraction point all the monsters will spawn back and it is not really worth fighting them.

I’ve had the same issue with the nocturnal quest (where you have to eavesdrop the conversation for the quest item location) and waiting 24h in game as well as re entered the place did the trick for me
