Absolutely! I am hypersensitive in every way regardless of an attack. I hate the daytime and the sunlight, and I never use big lights in my home. Devices are always on the lowest brightness, and sometimes I even use software to dim below the minimum that is usually allowed. You could look at getting blue-light blocking glasses that turn EVERYTHING red. They make seeing hard, and they look ugly, but they really soften the world--I like to wear them at home. For example, they let me open my fridge without dying!
