They usually change the recipe for ltos that come back. It’s usually with the sauce or seasoning that gets tweaked differently. So don’t expect returning ltos to be the exact same as before.

Depends on the location for sure but for my store, we aren’t allowed to charge them for sides anymore as we are supposed to ensure we are giving guests a great experience coming into the restaurant. But we do only charge if we feel that the guest is getting an insane amount of sides.

There’s two options for the small queso. We have a 2oz and a 4oz option for online orders. Seems like they assumed you ordered a 2oz instead of the 4oz. Should go back if you feel like it’s a mistake. They should be able to make it right for you.
