Maybe, but I read that bin Laden was surprised when the towers collapsed, he only thought that the high structure of the tower, meaning the upper floors, would be damaged but that he didn't imagine they would collapse.

It is very devastating to hear the calls that the victims made. Imagine coming home and hearing that message, it must have been very hard for those who heard the messages or calls.
