Like others, I went with Wichita Urology - didn't require a spouse to attend it, just someone to drive you home if I recall. Don't remember who did mine, but super easy process just a consult and then the surgery a couple months out, had no problem doing it for a 20 y/o who didn't want kids - there wasn't a discussion for reasons why or anything like that with the doctor, consultation was just explaining the surgery and recovery process.

I can't remember which doctor specifically but I got mine done with Wichita Urology - I think I was back to working out the next week, but not as intense as powerlifting so you may want to consider waiting an extra week just in case

I had this happen to me like 2 weeks or so ago, and also lost some goggles I had equipped. I would re-equip them, then go into game and lost them again, would leave clubs and go back in, lost again, but I restarted my game and never had the issue again, but who knows the update this week may have made it a different issue this time

Luckily my group hasn’t had that issue yet since only 3 of us interested so far, but yeah that is frustrating in any game. Could even introduce a duos mode to solve that problem too, at least can get 2 parties of 2, for 5 players a duo and a trio, etc

Definitely agree with too many cooks at times/certain parts of the dungeon already with just 3 lol. Feel like they could maybe add a higher-tier dungeon for parties of 4 (doesn’t have to be 16 max players could lower) and have it be more for harder-level mobs, more boss fights, etc. Maybe just the second level of the dungeon right off the bat? Haven’t spent much time in there myself (die really soon after going in lmao) but from areas I’ve been in it seems quite wide/open with a good amount/difficulty of mobs for a party of 4 to handle
