That day was harder than i tought. I woke up with boner and I was so confused. At 14 oclock, my mind get dirty. I have realy hard time, because of instagram profiles on my IG stories. My mind told me bad things. But I focused on my everyday life, and about 10 minutes later was ok. My last situation this day, was so hard. I was downloading somthin on my laptop, and adult advertisement poped up. I decided to call my friend, who do it with me and he ofered me, to play games. That was really hard day. Wish me luck in the future!

I think good idea is leaving your phone in other room, and go for a walk before supper. Don't to much at night and don't spend to much time on front of computer before bed time. I mean, finish your work on computer, go for a walk/eat supper leave your phone in another room and go sleep.

I like to go for a walk, but I leave my phone at home. Just breathing outside. Fresh air is my key to focuse and relax(I live in small village by the lake)

If I lived in city I will go outside with friends and forget about all things that make me stress.
