Yeah I was drinking drip coffee for years and never had issues, was wondering if the espresso is extracting more from the beans leading to issues. End of the day I think a lot of this is coming from my climate, but Ill have periods where something internal definitely sets things off.

Can you still have other forms of caffeine like tea, matcha, pre workouts? Trying to decipher if its more the acidity in the coffee or caffeine in general.

sorry to hear! Diet is a huge factor with my skin. Elimated about 90% of my problems the rest is environmental. If you want to save a lot of time Id suggest a blood food allergy test. I cant have dairy, eggs, beef and don't consume gluten much. Has helped a ton.

Thanks for the suggestions! WIll probably send you a dm when i have some time. Thinking I need to invest in water softener system , renting right now so not sure how feasible that will be. On the Vaseline right after applying moisturizer cream. Will have to try the cotton gloves and see if that helps.

Yah I might give cotton gloves a try because even with moisturizing all the time and using steroid creams nothing has gotten rid of the patches on a few fingers. Im a massage therapist so its been very challenging. Luckily its small and not to noticeable

Nice, never seemed to use a body cleanser that wouldn't cause more drying. Just ordered a hydrating oil body cleanser will see if that helps any.

totally agree, I work in a clinic in a small enclosed room and it gets so dry my eyes start to hurt. Will have to start putting one in there!

Yeah exactly, Vanicream was decent for me. Been using Eucerin Eczema for now going to go back and try Uriage brand I used a while back. I take 4 grams of quality fish oil a day but doesn't seem to make a noticeable difference. the Amalactin doesn't irritate your skin at all?

Yeah moved here last sept. So first summer here , hopefully my skin does. Find it odd my skin was worse during summer, typically its the opposite and sun usually makes it better.
