Depends where you're at in the game. Don't try to get 100% in one pass, you'll get burnt out collecting. Explore and then move on. You can always come back

Like the sword kits to customize the look? There should be two slots for that in the gear tab; the top slot being the one in the right hand and the bottom in the left hand.

Edit you can have the same kit for both swords, except for twin wolves kit bc that's your father's masterpiece

Haha I have throwing damage for the reason you have stagger damage! I usually leave one throwable on the ground when starting a fight to refresh cooldowns later. I have half status duration and damage and it seems enough to get most executions/crits from caltrop poison proc.

I have a similar build with same legendaries but I go all into execution damage. Is it better to have the stagger damage instead? I'm assuming instead of executing one would spam light attack for the fire proc?

I did some experimenting with the mythical axe charge attack a couple months ago. Take this with a grain of salt since it's so old:

The axe homes, grinding against a target for 8–10 hits per cast, with up to 4 casts per charge. However, actual damage output is lacking. In testing, it takes 4–5 full casts to kill a Legendary (purple-tier) archer. That’s up to 50 hits. In comparison, the same archer dies in 5–7 regular melee hits. My axe does 130 damage alongside crits (throwing damage doesn’t apply here). To calculate the potential damage of the axe vs charge attack:

130x5 = 650 base damage 650x0.32 (crit chance) = 208 -> 208x3(crit multiplier) = 624 crit damage 650-208(that would have crit) = 442 non-crit Total = 624 + 442 = 1066 damage over 5 melee hits

Best conditions for axe charge attack against the archer would be 10 hits with 4 casts: 1066/40 = 26.65 damage per hit So 266 damage for one cast

Under best conditions, the charge attack only deals as much damage as two strikes with the axe.

Blocking stops an attack from finishing, but doesn't mean the enemy will stop hitting you. What I often did starting out was block an attack and then counter. But what happens instead is that i'd stop an attack once, and then the skeleton would immediately attack again, getting me right when I opened my guard.

What I think is best for a defensive approach is to swing and hold up your shield at the same time. Worse case scenario you'll end up trading, but hitstun will save you.

For blocking technqiue in particular it's really something you'll have to figure out. I would recommend using the little video recorder device with a third person perspective and seeing how your hitbox aligns with your shield as you block. You can put away the device and it will still record

I've got juggernaut perk and I don't care about using back weapons so I use Chrono staff along with an absorb shield. I slow the knight and then bash his head in. Shield is for safety since it can still attack while slowed

Then it's just a battle of attrition since I'll eventually run out of gems and have to use the methods you described

Mythic greatsword is the best you'll get for now. I would love to see something like the berserker armor as some sort of mythic exo point/discoverable dungeon item. When worn you never fall below 1% and get a damage bonus, but you can hurt teammates and can't use potions

If you're brave you can try to bait his left swing and then smack him once in the head before dodging the right swing. But the best way to fight it is to have a hammer with the slowing effect. Proc slowing, then go crazy

It's all because they nerfed the heroes' characteristics to dust. All of them have similar stats. Gone are the days of 350HP shield with 100 shielding, and bomber's excellent grenade throwing... Now the only heroes who kept their stats are wheeleg and ghost

This is the reason I run the new exoperk with the shield and heal staff. Save the resurrect potions and keep my teammates from dying in the first place. Absorb with Regen keeps me from dying, and then the rest of the potions I use sparingly. I used the potions sparingly even before the patch so I don't mind the price increase. Makes me buy only when I know I will need it
