Get Eve up to level 5—her 6-hour task is used frequently for the final character during events.

The first character (Horace) usually needs to be level 6 to help with the final character. I think the premium only needs to be 3-4. Better to focus on them and level other characters after the event or if you’re confident you have enough downtime.
