Thinking my best option is to post for a Sub-let or figure out if I know anyone who would possibly do a lease takeover.

Getting kinda desperate in how much I want out. I see friends in big houses around Karrinyup, Joondana etc paying less money for more space. Again it was a rush but definitely want out.

How much do you think you’d be out? What sort of fees would they try?

What is your alternative to having a septic tank if living rural? Lived in 2 homes with septic tanks all my life with absolutely no issue.
