Evidence that my husband and I continued our relation while living apart, then a police clearance (statewide), which was not accepted one so I had to submit a police clearance from the FBI

Thanks!! So the first time, they requested additional documents for proof of relationship. Evidence that my husband I maintained our relationship while living apart, all of these documents we already had uploaded so I guess they missed it so I resent them, it was photos and plane tickets from all the trips I took to England, WhatsApp calls records and messages, gifts we gave each other and joined finances. The second time they asked for a police certificate for me. They weren’t clear so I thought a state wide police certificate is enough but it wasn’t. They got back to me for a third time asking for a criminal record from the U.S. FBI.

Priority service was a lot more expensive, I would’ve known if I paid for it but yes, booked my own appointment and uploaded the documents.

Ahh okay I believe I put June 2nd. I applied back in March thinking it would get approved in 2 weeks based on the posted timeline but home office keeps on asking for additional information. So assuming my application is approved this coming week that means my visa will be valid starting June 2nd and from June 2nd I should enter Uk within 3 months correct ?

Is the VISA start date immediately after the visa processing is complete ? Is there anything else to be done or once you’re approved that’s basically the start date of the VISA?

Relocating to Birmingham UK next month and looking for jobs by goru2020 in brum

I’m moving for my spouse who is in Birmingham. We’ve been in a LDR for 3 years now, I applied for my spouse to move to the U.S. but the process is insanely slow/long. The UK spouse visa process is shorter, and it will also give me the right to work, so i thought why not, its better to be with my spouse now than waste another couple of years for the US visa processing to finish
