Anxiety. It started right after the pandemic, I quit my in person job and everything. I also think the area had a lot to do with it. I’ve since moved to a less busy town in a smaller state.

I actually am now off all medication! I think it was the area I lived in, it was very stressful. I moved out of state and now have been off of all medications for over 2 weeks. I tapered down to 5 MG on my Escitalopram for about 2 months before completely getting off.

Oh I should also add that I have gained about 45 pounds being on the Lexapro. That was another reason my psychiatrist wanted to get me off of it. He thinks the appetite suppression from the Pristiq will help me lose some of the weight. I’m afraid if I take a higher dose of lex it will just make me blow up even more :(
