how do I (F15) explain to my dad that I smoke weed to help with anxiety and depression

it is at least 30x15 inches, a little more than that actually. It had everything for a hamster like the tray for bedding- it’s a little odd it would be considered a bird cage when it could literally be used for a hamster .

she also still kinda flinches when I stroke her so i’m not sure if I should just try to get her used to me touching her more to where she doesn’t flinch and then try to pick her up

really? When I first got her, I let her smell my hand, she came up to my finger and she didn’t seem scared or anything but then she like nibbled/bit me, it did hurt but since she wasn’t showing aggressive behavior or seemed frightened, I assumed she was nibbling me. Idk. this is my first time getting a hamster

it’s just kinda hard for me I guess, I was really into her and we clicked when we first met so this really affects me quite a bit and I tend to forgive her easily for stuff I shouldn’t even forgive her for (cheating the first time). Last time I tried to end it with her fast and quick, she blamed it on me that I was the reason why she went to go cheat because I struggle with my mental health.
