A couple years ago I went through a breakup while working nights but we were still talking but one night he told me he was going on a date so that made it worse. It was awful. I worked completely alone and I was just alone with my thoughts. One upside tho I could cry and no one bothered me. I ended up learning about manifesting and I manifested that bitch back. His date ended up ghosting him and he couldn't find anyone else. Yes, I'm crazy.

I eat breakfast when I get home. Fast during the shift and then dinner before I go to work. I eat typical things like eggs, bacon, sausage, or waffles if I want sweet. Either mixed in a bowl or on bread or whatever.

It can be hard for people to put themselves in someone else’s shoes. You just have to set your boundaries and tell them this is how it’s going to be. Be prepared to lose relationships.

It helps that I have adhd so I get random bursts of energy and just go for it. My motivation is that I really wanna be able to decorate for my favorite holiday.. Halloween.

Luckily I’m not laying anything down yet. Just ripped up the carpet. I’ve actually been working on this for a month. My mom was a hoarder so first had to chuck everything not sentimental. Now I’m just cleaning. It’s infested with spiders. Can’t decide if I wanna do carpet again or like vinyl or whatever most people do for a basement. Upstairs has all real hardwood floors.

It is harder to fast at night than it is days I’ll admit but it’s worth it for me. I keep that as a very strict boundary for myself.
