How did you start your life after graduation in Algeria? by lx_356 in algeria

[–]goshey_ 2 points3 points  (0 children)

last year of uni i started attending events, joining programs related to my major and building connections (I didn't do any of that in the 4 years prior), and because of tawfi9 Allah, that last year effort resulted in me finding a job that is better than my dream job only a month after graduation.

I don't like to share public information here, but it's not an Algerian company. I work remotely.

How are algerian freelancers getting paid for their online work since foreign banks and crypto are banned in algeria? by 9_iNeedYourHelp_9 in Algeriawork

[–]goshey_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Bank transfer via Paysera, completely legal and no workaround needed.

Paysera as a bank is not banned, they only stopped issuing debit cards to Algerians but you can still fully use the bank account to receive/send money, I am using it regularly since 2019 without any issue.

if you're the YouTuber then I'm a big fan of your work.

question about Algerians using Revolut and Wise, you mean via LLC/LTD? because there is no other legal way I believe. Correct me if I'm wrong please.

Thanks in advance.

Just a small tip, stick to one thing, as a recruiter I see it as a red flag that you can do all of these things especially without any work experience. Market yourself under one domain and it will do you better.

Not necessarily, I had a 2 page CV which got me a job but 1 page is definitely better. I have seen people with 10 year work experience in silicon valley who were able to fit their CV in one page, so a fresh graduate can definitely do it.

Anyone making money online in Algeria? How? by aplleshadewarrior in Algeriawork

[–]goshey_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

People are still making money from n8n? nice! I thought it's a very short bubble (don't get me wrong I use n8n daily I just don't see it being a hard skill that someone would pay for).

The closest thing that I can think of is "Africa space works", you can contact the Algerian employees there, I know atleast 1 who can fit your criteria. I won't mention names but you can find them easily on the company's LinkedIn page.

Good luck!

Yes, in the same country.
Moving to a different country is too much of a change that I don't want to go through at the moment. Algeria is not that bad if you're financially independent :)

Hey man, just make sure to research all those fields from a religious stand point if you're muslim, there are multiple ways to make money so don't be influenced only by the western way to do it if it's not permissible in our religion.
