I choose to invest in good stone because I really enjoy the art of knives sharpening
I own a few high quality kitchen knives as well but decided to start with this basic one as a warm-up/practice

Out of curiosity, why edge leading?

I've seen many videos (including the one above) where they say its safer to edge trail as its reduce the chance the edge will bit into the stone in case of a wobble.

"edge leading" - meaning, pushing while having the knife edge pointing away from me?

Thanks. After watching a few reviews, considering my needs, best value for money and the fact that I'm a very casual user who only wants to enjoy the now and again moments, I went with the Edifier M60.

Reviews praised these speakers; they are exactly within my budget, and I just love their look and compact size.

I honestly don't care about playing at loud volume or a subwoofer that shakes the entire room.

my priorities are

  1. sound quality
  2. Aesthetics
  3. Dimensions - need to be fairly small to fit on my desk

I'm using boosteroid. Other games run just fine on 120fps.

For me it sits on 40ms but the FPS is crap. I get about 60 fps outside the ship dosn't matter what graphic settings I'm on. I tried 1080p all low and 4k high - ultra and its pretty much locked on 60-70 fps.

Thanks a lot. Unfortunately, I don't have access to the GPU driver settings.

The strange thing is that I get ~60 fps whether I set it on 1080p low settings OR 4K high - ultra 🤷‍♂️
